1 Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "ac4d", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operating entity behind the ac4d platform at https://ac4d.cam, which holds an international gaming license.
• "Member", "User", "You", "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the ac4d platform.
• "Platform" means the ac4d website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at https://ac4d.cam.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Member to access ac4d services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Member's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on a sports event, casino game, live dealer table, or other game offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ac4d that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process mandated by international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-limitation features offered by ac4d, including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ac4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. ac4d strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request government-issued proof of age at any time.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons are not permitted to hold an Account.
3. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where it is lawful for you to do so. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful under applicable local legislation.
4. You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction listed on ac4d's restricted territories schedule, which may be updated periodically.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ac4d or any associated company or partner studio.
6. You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or any related gambling network at the time of registration.

3 Account Registration

To access ac4d's services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal Account. The following conditio ns apply to Account registration and maintenance:

1. You may hold only one Account on the ac4d Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
2. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ac4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
4. You must notify ac4d immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
5. ac4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
6. Account registration is free of charge. ac4d will never request payment to open or maintain a Member Account.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ac4d operates in compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. Identity verification may be requested at any point during your membership, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Before processing your first withdrawal request.
• When your cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds.
• When our compliance team identifies unusual or high-risk account activity.
• At any time ac4d deems verification necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

The following documents may be required as part of the KYC process:

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by ac4d will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete. ac4d will handle all KYC documentation in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ac4d Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• ac4d accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ac4d does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. In the event of a delay, you should contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the Member's most recent deposit (same-method policy).
• The withdrawal destination account must be registered in the same name as the ac4d Account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified at the point of request and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing review period. Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 banking hours during business days (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be longer during Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi.
• ac4d reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ac4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount.
2. Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are used first when a wager is placed, unless ac4d's system specifies otherwise for a particular game type.
3. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
4. Bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using a bonus on ineligible games may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
5. ac4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.
6. Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit ("bonus arbitrage"), or using automated systems — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
7. Bonus Funds that remain unused beyond the stated validity period will be removed from the Member's Account automatically without notice.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers and gaming activity on the ac4d Platform:

• All sports bets — including markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international fixtures such as AFF Cup and FIFA World Cup qualifying matches — are governed by ac4d's Sports Betting Rules, which are published on the Platform.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results, ac4d uses the official published draw figures from the relevant licensed operator. In the event of a dispute, the official draw record is final.
• All casino game outcomes — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and other studio partners — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RNG certification details are available upon request.
• ac4d reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a technical error affected the odds or game outcome; (b) there is evidence of match manipulation or corruption; (c) the bet was placed after the outcome was already known (late betting); or (d) the bet was placed on a suspended or unavailable market.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of ac4d's Risk and Trading team is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 15.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event, market, and game type. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may change without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ac4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Multiple accounts: Opening more than one Account for any purpose, including circumventing a suspension or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, interact with the Platform, or exploit bonuses.
• Money laundering: Using the ac4d Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. ac4d is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a genuine ac4d transaction.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ac4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of ac4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from ac4d.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape the Platform or its content on any other website or platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ac4d's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ac4d shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Any loss arising from network interruptions, server downtime, or third-party payment processing delays outside ac4d's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from a Member's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to secure Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from the Member's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ac4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by ac4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• ac4d does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.
• All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers and transferred using industry-standard SSL encryption.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with the rights described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

ac4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a comprehensive suite of tools to help Members stay in control of their gambling activity. These include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated reminders or be logged out after a defined play session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of time elapsed and net gaming balance during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily block access to your Account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently.

ac4d enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. We cooperate with international responsible gaming organizations and will provide information on external support resources to any Member who requests it.

13 Termination

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time and for any reason, subject to the following provisions:

• Member-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• ac4d-initiated closure: ac4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or reputational risk. In cases of genuine policy violations, balances may be withheld pending investigation.
• Effect of termination: Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, and 15 — will continue in full force.

14 Amendments

ac4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ac4d will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your Account or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure as described in Section 13.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ac4d holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and ac4d, the following resolution process applies:

1. Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact ac4d's support team at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (WIB) and resolve them within 10 business days.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may escalate to ac4d's Compliance Department by requesting escalation in writing. The Compliance team will review and respond within 14 business days.
3. Step 3 — Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral body specified by ac4d's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings will be English.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
